Month of Love

February is just full of love right? Well it's been like it so far. Lyndon flew to Las Vegas for his cousin Seth Probert's wedding the first weekend of the month. Can you believe that he left me to take 3 huge exams all by myself! It was probably actually for the better because he can be quite the distraction with all his random outbursts in song or his "guess what I just read" facts. I was able to ace my tests and he got to spend time with LOTS of family! Then I got watch the Superbowl all by myself! Well church came first, so I only watched the second half, and ate my hot pocket. But the commercials this year were super funny!

The Boys

We have been working on clearing out items in our fridge and pantry this week. Here are some of the creations we came up with . . . and yes auntie Lindsey some of these are from your famous binder you made me a few years ago!

Rotisserie Apple Chicken

A yummy version of Eggs Benedict we found on pinterest!

Yes, those are green beans, in a tator-tot casserole . . . and Lyndon ate EVERY SINGLE one! I warned him that he would have to eat them all, he didn't believe me . . . I tried to tell him.

Softball has been frustrating for me this year. But the team is winning and it is lots of fun to hangout with Lexi most days! First time we've ever been on the SAME team!

And finally our first Valentine's Day as a married couple! haha kinda weird, but awesome at the same time.

We went to the temple in the morning and it made the rest of the day go wonderfully! I went to my afternoon class and came home to this surprise . . .

a FRENCH TOAST dinner! My favorite! This man knows how to get straight to my heart . . . through my tummy!

Lyndon is the greatest and I love him! He is supportive, works hard, cooks, gives the best hugs, sings and dances, fixes my bike, makes me cry, makes me laugh, and is always there to give me a good night kiss!
